By requesting a quote, placing an order, or receiving technical support from Al Waab Building Materials, you agree to the following terms. Our commitment is to deliver a reliable, transparent, and compliant experience on every project.

1. Orders & Delivery

All products are supplied on a project-by-project basis. Orders must be confirmed via official quotation approval or written purchase order.

Standard delivery window is 2-3 days within the UAE, subject to product availability.

Custom or bulk requests may require extended fulfillment timelines.

Delivery schedules will be coordinated based on project urgency, inventory, and logistics.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices are subject to payment terms as agreed in writing per project.

Payment must be made in full prior to final dispatch unless otherwise approved.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or approved digital payment options.

Al Waab Building Materials reserves the right to delay or suspend delivery in the event of delayed payment.

3. Returns & Warranty

All FlowGuard® CPVC products supplied by Al Waab Building Materials carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty under standard usage conditions.

Product returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defect, damage during delivery, or incorrect dispatch.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, accompanied by supporting documentation and project details.

4. Technical Support & Documentation

Al Waab Building Materials provides technical submittals (WRAS, NSF, Emirate Green Building Council, Dubai Municipality, EPD, HPD) upon request.

On-site technical support, demos, or consultation are subject to scheduling and availability.

Al Waab Building Materials is not responsible for improper installation or misuse of certified products.

5. Intellectual Property

All product descriptions, documents, logos, and web content are the intellectual property of Al Waab Building Materials or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
